Here at the York Eco Business Centre, we have well presented Conference and Meeting rooms available to hire on an hourly, half-day or full-day basis. .

In a convenient and accessible location, our friendly and professional reception team are on hand to greet you and your visitors. Our rooms can provide the space, layout and privacy to suit your needs. They are available to hire between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

We have all of the facilities you would expect from a modern business Centre including:

•  Wi-Fi
•  Flip charts
•  HDMI Smart TV/presentation screen

Conference Room (M5)

• Capacity for up to 20 delegates (Theatre style)
  
• Capacity for up to 16 delegates (Board room style)
• £30 per hour / £60 per half day / £90 per full day (Plus vat)

Meeting Room (M2)

• Capacity for up to 4 delegates
  
• £15 per hour / £30 per half day / £50 per full day (Plus vat)
